Staley, Ph.D. is president of The Buckeye Institute for Public Policy Solutions in Columbus, Ohio, directs the Urban Futures Program for Reason Public Policy Institute, and is a member of the Board of Scholars of the Virginia Institute for Public Policy, an education and research organization headquartered in Potomac Falls, Virginia. A member of his local planning board, Dr. Staley’s most recent book, co-edited with Randall G. Holcombe, is Smarter Growth: Market-based Strategies for Land-use Planning in the 21st Century.
