John C. Vinson

John C. Vinson, a native of Athens Georgia, has been the president of the American Immigration Control Foundation (1990 to 2003), and the editor for Americans for Immigration Control (1996 to 2003). He is a graduate of Duke University (MA, History) and the University of Georgia (MA, Historic Preservation). John’s career includes working at the Savannah Morning News as an editorial writer; editorial page editor for the Colorado Springs Gazette-Telegraph; and as a writer for the Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission and for the Small Business Development Center, both in Athens, Georgia.
