Hari Heath

Hari Heath of Santa, Idaho is a logger, litigator and legal researcher. He publishes the Brush Fire News and founded the Benewah County Committee of Safety.

Heath was sentenced, without trial, by Federal Judge Edward Lodge to serve six months in jail and endure two years of probation because he exercised his First Amendment Rights and questioned the Constitutional authority of a USFS “Law Enforcement officer” who was investigating some nude swimmers in the Clearwater River on a hot August day in 1997. Rather than submit to Judge Lodge’s anti-government authority by going to jail, he has become a federal fugitive who can no longer be at home providing for his family.

Heath’s many articles can be found at The Idaho Observer as well as his account, Federal Injustice In The Court of Edward J. Lodge.
