Leri M. Thomas holds a doctorate in Education from the University of Virginia. Her research focused on the bullying of a family by the National Park Service in the Bear SOUP investigation. She produced, edited and designed US vs. NPS, an introductory document for the Virginians for Property Rights. She has been a property rights activist for over 15 years, served as a trustee for the Virginia Outdoors Foundation under then governor George Allen, and currently teaches child development and psychology in her spare time.
